With the upgraded technology accessibility we have today, I can take care of your needs from virtually anywhere. This gives both you and I both the freedom to have access to your books at any time of the day. It also saves you money on a full-time or part-time employee, avoiding the costs of work space, insurance, employment taxes, etc.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?
The initial consultation is FREE! This provides me with the opportunity to get to know you, your business, and your financial/operation’s needs. From there, we can determine if a pre-established package will work or if we need to customize an option to better suite your business platform.
We can discuss what your expectations are, as well as what our month-to-month relationship will look like. Packages start at $250/month.
I charge a monthly fee for ongoing packages, to be determined after a consultation and review. Additional services and clean-up work are charged at a flat rate per month of required cleaning.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
To make things easier on the both of us, I recommend QuickBooks Online. It provides the ability for both of us to utilize its features and gives you access to your financials at anytime, anywhere.
QuickBooks Online can also provide your Accountant direct access. If you don't have this software, be sure to mention it during our initial meeting. I can get you the platform at a discounted rate.
Xero Accounting is another option.
If your business currently uses another solution, we can discuss the pros and cons to determine what is right for you.
